chromatic typeface inspired by Ghanaian culture, ornamentation and visual language. the pattern on a dashiki was simplified into a grid, which was then used to construct the letterforms. six additional fonts were created from this base, each informed by particular groups of Adinkra symbols. the glyphs’ components can be interchanged, allowing for new combinations, meanings and even the creation of patterns. essentially a more focused 2nd attempt at AFRO.
